This website has been developed with the sole purpose of supporting both active referees and the many people who make up the support structure around referees. I would also like to think that if the site were read by someone considering taking up the whistle, they may, having read articles on this site feel they should take the next step. I do need others to get involved in helping me run this site. Please get in touch if you think you may be interested. I also need everyone to supply lots of news items as I wish the site to be more like a magazine than simply a resource site. My son Andrew, who just happened to be home from University and was prepared to help me get started in "web design". Previously I had no experience. To Terry Buckman, who when I contacted him said he would be very happy for me to use his superb photographs. Terry was even kind enough to attend my first Supply league fixture and was able to convince me that my socks did not look as good as I always thought. Cheers Terry!
